The rooms are a decent size and they were really clean. The bed was super comfortable. The room had a couple things that were kind of broken, but working. Sometimes you could hear the footsteps of people upstairs so it was a little uncomfortable. The owner was nice and helpful with everything we asked for. The location was great! It was close to many attractions and the neighborhood was really nice.

This motel is situated on Lombard Street, in a relatively quiet area of San Francisco. It is just a 10-minute walk to the famous hairpin bends from this motel. We arrived early in the morning around 8.30 AM & found the reception closed (we couldn't inform the arrival time before). However, they opened the doors at 9.00 AM. Though there was no designated luggage storage, the receptionist agreed to keep our luggage at the reception until we roam in the city. After the check-in in the afternoon, we received a room on the ground floor and it quite aligned with our expectations. The room was equipped with a mini-refrigerator. The bathroom was spacious & it was clean. Hot water was available throughout without an issue. Bathroom amenities were provided, along with towels. There was a designated parking space that could accommodate 10-15 vehicles at a time (we didn't use it though). Overall, it was a pleasant & comfortable stay.

We had a very pleasant stay here! We checked in late and they were still very accommodating and welcoming. The room was clean, spacious, and well stocked. The beds were clean and comfortable. The TV had plenty of channels and we never had an issue with service as we have had in other properties. The location was perfect for exploring San Francisco as we were doing. There were a few restaurants within walking distance and we found that helpful. They said limited parking, however we never had an issue and got parking easily. Thank you for the wonderful accommodation! We would stay here again!

The place was absolutely delightful, and I have no complaints whatsoever. The staff was exceptionally wonderful, with Andy and Elsa standing out as true gems. They ensured that the entire environment was impeccably clean and maintained, showcasing their professionalism and commitment to their work. It was evident that they genuinely cared for their customers, which left a lasting impression on me. I was truly taken aback when I returned to the parking lot after stepping out for a while. To my astonishment, my designated parking spot was still available and waiting for me, right in front of my room. It was so heartwarming to see that, even amidst what seemed like a bustling atmosphere, they had reserved a spot just for me without any identifying number or sign. In a sea of cars, it was reassuring to find my vehicle nestled there, proving that they prioritize customer satisfaction above all else. I was initially worried about securing parking, but their thoughtful attention made all the difference. I’m incredibly grateful for my stay here, and I will undoubtedly return in the future. Andy at the front desk was AWESOME!! Room was clean and comfortable. This is not the RITZ. Basic room, perfect for spending a trip to San Francisco. WIL BE BACK, NEXT TIME IN SF

Lovely inn keepers, polite and helpful. Beautiful area with free parking, just be smart and empty your car out. Close to fisherman's wharf and on a beautiful street, good for walking, people look safe and lively.
